Terms of Service — Design Stuff

By subscribing to or using Design Stuff, you agree to the following terms.

  1. The Service

  2. Design Stuff is a monthly interior design subscription operated by ML Interiors NYC LLC, providing mood boards, shopping lists, and design guidance for a flat monthly fee.

  1. Subscription & Billing

  2. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the then-current rate (currently $29.99/mo) and renew automatically until canceled.

  3. We may change subscription pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

  4. Discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

  1. Cancellation & Refunds

  2. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you’ll retain access until then.

  3. Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

  1. Portfolio & Sample Work Disclaimer

  2. Images used to showcase our design style (including on our website and in marketing) may include AI-generated visualizations created to represent our aesthetic and are not photographs of actual completed client projects unless otherwise stated.

  1. Intellectual Property

  2. Design deliverables (mood boards, shopping lists, room plans) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Design Stuff and ML Interiors NYC LLC retain ownership of our templates, methods, and underlying content.

  1. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  2. We provide design guidance and recommendations; we do not guarantee specific results, and we are not responsible for third-party retailers’ pricing, availability, or product quality.

  3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

  1. Governing Law

  2. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  1. Changes to These Terms

  2. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
